These terms apply to purchases made on salvianoglobalgroup.com from Salviano Marketing LLC (“Salviano Global Group”).
Orders and briefing
After you order, we use your briefing and files to start your project. If something is missing, we contact you by email or WhatsApp. Each product page describes what is included, the number of proposals and revisions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the US site and in Brazilian reais on the Brazilian site, with no automatic currency conversion. Payments are processed by Square (US) or Mercado Pago (Brazil); we never store card data. When “secure payment link” is selected, work starts after the link is paid. Payment plans are billed as described on the product page.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email and in your account area. Physical products (such as NFC keychains) are produced after design approval; shipping or pickup is confirmed with you before production.
Larger projects
Websites, Smart Business and AI projects may include a written project agreement with scope, timeline and specific conditions, which prevails over these general terms.
Original work
We create original work. We do not imitate real artists’ voices or copy protected music, and you confirm you have the rights to the materials you send us.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
